- Lift all fingers, then touch the movement pad again.
- Pause and resume to clear an interrupted touch.
- Use the camera control separately from movement.
- Close other demanding apps if movement becomes uneven.
Progress or scores are missing
- Check that the device has an internet connection.
- Use the same optional email identity on both devices.
- Open Top Scores and refresh after finishing a mission.
- Keep the game open until the completion result appears.
Characters or streets are hard to see
- Select Balanced graphics first, then try High.
- Raise the device brightness for evening scenes.
- Restart the game after an operating-system update.
- Install the latest store version before reporting a visual issue.
Privacy or deletion request
Email support with the subject “Harare Nights Privacy”. Include your public player name and the email identity used in the game, if any. We may ask for reasonable verification before changing or deleting an online record.
