Harare Nights · Weighty Premier Solutions

Privacy Policy

Effective 28 September 2026

Your character photo and optional email address stay on your device. If you use online saves or the leaderboard, the game sends an opaque player identifier, your public player name and game progress to our service.

1. Who we are

Weighty Premier Solutions ("we", "our" or "us") provides Harare Nights for iOS and Android. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to admin@kenac.co.zw.

2. Information handled by the game

3. Advertising and consent

Harare Nights uses Google Mobile Ads. Subject to your region, device settings and consent choices, Google and its partners may process device identifiers, approximate location derived from an IP address, advertising interactions, consent information and diagnostic data to deliver, measure and protect ads. You can reopen the advertising privacy choices from the game's Privacy menu when that option is available.

Learn more in Google's Privacy Policy and How Google uses information for advertising.

4. Why we use information

We use the information described above to save and restore progress, rank voluntary leaderboard entries, operate game features, remember choices, prevent abuse, diagnose faults and comply with applicable law. Where consent is required for advertising, we request it through the consent interface.

5. Sharing and international processing

We share information only with service providers that help us run the game, including our cloud hosting and database providers, and with Google for mobile advertising. Those providers may process data in countries other than your own under their applicable safeguards. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users, the service or others.

6. Retention and deletion

Local preferences remain until you clear the app's data or remove the app. Online campaign and leaderboard records are retained while needed to provide the service, maintain integrity or meet legal obligations. To request access, correction or deletion of an online record, contact us with your public player name and, if used, the email identity associated with the account. We may ask for reasonable proof that the record belongs to you.

7. Children

Harare Nights is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request a child's real name or email address. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

8. Security and your choices

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, but no online system is completely secure. You may play without entering an email, choose a non-identifying public player name, change advertising privacy choices where offered, and request deletion through our support page.

9. Updates

We may update this policy as the game or law changes. The effective date above will show the latest revision. Material changes may also be communicated in the app or store listing.
